Even though it will go away after the Christmas/Chanukah holiday, I have put up a little informative piece about Chanukah and what it's all about because Kitty's Jewish and I thought it best to at least mention the good old Jewish holiday and not be selfish ;-). You can access it off the very main page and if you don't know where that is the address is...
And just follow the link that says "The Holiday of Chanukah...some information" and enjoy!
Now I repeat this is going to go away after the holiday season so enjoy. Also if you are interested there's a little contest I started on the Excalibur Discussion Forum (our forum for those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about) so feel free to check it out for something fun to do this holiday season.

And a Happy Halloween (well tommorrow anyway) to everyone out there in Internet Land! Today I have finally gotten a chance to update and so I had some fun for the holiday. I also created three new wallpapers. Two of Kitty and Lockheed together and one of Magik which can be found under the Excalibur related wallpapers because I didn't know where else to stick her. I know it's pretty pathetic after a month to only have that done, but I'm proud to have that much caught up. Have a good holiday and enjoy!

I updated the gallery today for lack of other updates (I haven't had time for anything else) with 6 new images (I started a new gallery page). I hope to have some fan fiction done and posted sometime soon and also am working on a couple of other projects. We'll see what kind of time I have in the next week.

Due to a recent death in the family I got behind in updates and can't really apologize for it. So, there's the reason I haven't updated in like 12 days. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I updated the Kitty Chronology Project by adding a whole new page with twenty new issues. I also edited the second page of issues with help from my husband, because it needed it badly. I also put up some new things adding to the disclaimer on the chronology main page and also added a new easier to spot and quicker link onto Kitty's history page to get there. I also added a new link to the Netscape version of the page to get to the chronology project directly and will start to redo the directory on my newer version soon, to make it easier to navigate through and to also add the link to the chronology prjoect amongst other things.

I finally got some updating done!!! Woohoo!!! Anyway, I updated Kitty's webpage today, as well as adding a new wallpaper to the Kitty only section in the wallpapers. I also added a new section to my "Life and Favorite Things" page for those interested in me at all. I'm glad to finally have gotten something accomplished :-).

BLAH! It's been so long since I updated! I'm sorry for that guys and for my measley update this time around, but I have a good excuse. I've been working. A lot. Between that and trying to remember what my husband looks like, I haven't had a lot of time to do anything else. Including writing (which I have like five writing projects I'm working on dang it) and other things. I apologize profusely for my lack of updates. I am to quote Weird Al Yankovic, "...a miserable hunk of slime; not even human!" Thanks for visiting.
The update for today is I added three new images to the gallery. Pathetic I know and I beg your forgiveness. I'll get around to the rest of the webpage as soon as I can I promise.

I finished up the first 20 issues in Kitty's Chronology and did the next page of issues. I think it is turning out rather well...even if each page has so much scanning I wonder if I'm losing my mind with how long it takes (my scanner is NOT very speedy).

I'm really sorry guys for not updating until today, but I've been working full time and then working weekends and nights if I have to to get other stuff done, so the webpage is suffering (as is my writing and I WANT to write dang it. I've got lots of cool stuff I want to do!). Anyway, I updated the gallery section today and hope to update a little bit more tommorrow, but we'll see how my day goes. Thanks for the patience and for visting.

I updated the Pick of the Litter Award today and I also added a whole new cool section sub-located on Kitty's History page. See my husband came up with the cool idea to do Kitty's Chronology through issue summaries and numbers so I've got the first installment up on Kitty's History page for your perusal. Just click on the link at the top of Kitty's History page.

I updated the gallery and the wallpapers sections today. I uploaded a new wallpaper into the Kitty solo section and also uploaded six new images to the gallery. More stuff to come if I can get time to do it. I also uploaded three new Kitty moments to the rotating graphic on the first page, so have fun there :-).

I updated the links section today with about three or so new links. Across the Pond and "Britians Greatest Heroes" have moved and so I updated my links section and I linked to X-men Prime because they linked to me and it's only polite :-). They're all under the general X-men pages.

I updated the Pick of the Litter Award and the Links page, as well as the gallery page today. The gallery page has like 5 new images in it, the links page got one link taken down and new Lockheed page link (The Lockbox: Lockheed's Secret Stash of Stuff), and said new page also one the Pick of the Litter Award for June of 2002. Congrats to Ana for doing a great job (and for nominating her site right away for the award :-).

I updated the fan fiction section with a new short story "The Power of Words" and also updated Kitty's history to cover everything that has happened since she left the X-men.

Sorry it took so long to update this month, but as soon as I got back I've been super busy cleaning up the yard and neatening stuff up for different functions that are happening this summer with my family, so I've been a bit overwhelmed without having to worry about my webpage.
Then to top it all off my Zip disk that I've been using for all of my new writing projects and had tons of stuff on it like my marketing portfolio, somehow got corrupted and I lost four years of my life and hard work in the time it took to blink your eyes. I'm still upset about that, but there's not much I can do about it but go back to the drawing board and start recreating the stuff I lost. So, I apologize if some of the stories/chapters and so forth I've been promising are much later than I originally planned. I thought Zip disks weren't supposed to get corrupted...boy was I wrong.
Anyway, I have updated my favorite's section bigtime today, because it needed some editing and my tastes have changed. I added a whole bunch there if you want to check it out. I also updated the gallery with six new images. I'm working on doing some other stuff in between doing lots else, so we'll see what I can get done.
On a side note that's sort of cool, at the end of this month (June 27th to be exact) this webpage will celebrate it's five year anniversary. Neato huh? On June 27th my little brother came up with the idea to call the webpage "The Catbox" and it was the day after I got my first photo scanner. So, the Catbox is going to be five years old. Really looking back on it that's a long time for a webpage to be around. Cool.

I posted up the end of the OZT saga on my fan fiction page. I know it's short, but the only way I could think to cram so much stuff into the story was that way. YES there will be some aftermath chapters and you'll learn more that way. And that's about it for now.

ACK! I'm sorry about the lack of updates this week, but I've been busy doing other things and haven't gotten around to updating the old website. And it's going to get worse for three or four weeks I'm afraid, starting the 11th of May because I'm going to be out of town on family business. I'll see what I can do to get the website updated, but it might not work very well, so if I don't get around to it (or can't) I apologize to those who stop by regularly to see what types of updates I have up.
Anyway, today I updated the "Phasing" section and added a new view of Kitty's powers that I and my husband came up with. I also hope to get some fan fiction done and post up some new images before I leave for vacation, so stay tuned huh?

I just noticed that the X-men Fan Fiction Webring I started a while back is getting pretty big (well 30 sites is big to me :-), and that's pretty darn cool! That'll give people a nice list to look up X-men fan fiction of their tastes, which is why I created the list to begin with. I hope it grows larger!
I updated the wallpapers section with a new KITTY Wallpaper and added some new images to the gallery section. I'm working on some bios and stuff for Kitty's site, trying to think up new cool things for Kitty's site and also working on some fan fiction (yes I'm finally over writer's block and am beginning to write again!!! Yay!!!) and some other stuff that I can't think of off the top of my head right now. I'm still sick (darn allergies) so I'll try to keep up on the updates, but in the meantime you all enjoy the page and keep coming back to see what's new! I might not have the most Kitty images on the net, but you know what? I've got some of the rarest Kitty appearances scanned and loaded for all of you to peruse in there. My husband takes great pride in the fact that his comic book collection is helping me do that and I don't blame him. Enjoy the images and sorry for the lack of other updates. HECK I'm even working on the quotes section, which has long gone without updates, but I have to get up enough energy to get out of my own way first.

I updated the gallery with a couple of new images and also put up a new Kitty wallpaper in the Wallpapers section. Also, for your downloading convienence (and just to be nice to you all), I have cut the wallpaper section into different sections so you don't have to download all of the wallpapers into one big stream. I separated them by character and/or other stuff, so you can find things easier. That took a while. Anyway, enjoy your day.

I added two new music files to the multi-media pages. One is a WAV file of "Baby I Love You" by the Ramones in dedication to Kitty and Pete's relationship since that was their song. I recorded it myself *proud smile* with some help from my sister-in-law who held the speakers for me. I also added a much smaller MIDI version of the same song if you want to listen to that while cruising around. I also added an animation of Kitty from X-men Evolution onto my multi-media pages as well.

I added a whole skew of new images to the gallery today (that's what I've been working on the last week). I also added a new thing to the multi-media page that I thought was cool (and I worked on it to make it clear for you all). I also added a whole load of new wallpapers too. And a new Kitty moment to the front pages...and uh...if I'm forgetting stuff forgive me. Oh yeah I added a new winner for the Pick of the Litter Award for the month of April.
I also added a new link to The Foxweb. This is the site of the writer of the BEST COOKBOOK IN THE WORLD!!! Seriously. The name of the book is "Sweet Treats -- Easy-to-make Dessert Recipes from the Kitchen of Marsha Redfox". It's written by Margaret Carspecken. You might be able to find it at your local comic book store (it's got tons of great comic art in it too...neat huh?), and if you can't find it there, look up "Vision Books" because they're the ones who published it. You can order it off of Vision's website the last time I checked. The price might seem high for a small cookbook, but trust me it's worth every cent! I have made about 1/3 of the recipes in this dessert book thus far and haven't found ONE that I don't like!!! That's amazing to find in a cookbook! The Carspeckens are also awesome people, so if you have a love of cooking, love comic foxes, or just plain like nice people, then hop over to OZFOXES.COM and check the site out. Also check out their sister sites too because you can get some free recipes off of them and also download some cool comic strips along the way. Yes, this is a shameless plug *shoots raspberry*.

I added more images to the gallery and also added some to the rotating kitty moment's graphic on the main page. I would brag about how many kitty images are now online here, but I have no idea how many there are between things like Kitty's site, the rotating graphic with kitty moments on the main page, and then the gallery pages and stuff. So, there are a lot of images here...how about that ;-).
Just do me a favor please, on both the wallpaper and the galleries. If you wish to USE those graphics on your webpage, in whole or in part, please ask me first. I crop them, resize them, rebuild in them in some cases (or build them period) and just wish the courtesy that you give me credit for the work I did on those pictures. I know that a lot of webmasters have the same problem with people taking images and using them on their own websites without a second thought. But, think for a moment of the webpage you took them from and the person who created it and put all the work into those graphics if they should ever pop onto your site...it's almost like taking credit for someone else's work when you don't give that webmaster credit. So I, like many others out there, would just like you to ask (or better yet source) the pictures when you take them so that people know who did the work to crop the photos. Thanks. I awarded a new Pick of the Litter for the month of March to a cool Kitty site, so check that site out. I also updated Kitty's site again today by adding some humor to her humor section (it was so tiny...it's slowly getting better). And that's it for updates for today.

I updated Kitty's site today a bit more by updating the discussion forum. Also, yesterday I updated by adding "Phasing Theory" and the "Miscellaneous" pages to my old Netscape addition of "The Catbox". Other than that I'm working on some stuff, but nothing really great and wonderful yet. We'll see what I come up with in the next couple of days.

I updated the links page and took down most of the Kitty and Pete links since they didn't work anymore. BUT I DID add like three new Kitty links and update the links that DO still work but they just moved. I also updated Kitty's site by adding some new things under her fun stuff section. I'm working on other things now :-).

I updated Kitty's page today, and I THINK I just might make it to moving today too, so by tommorrow my time you'll all be able to access the new site. I also updated several files over the last few days, and just dated them all today. I think it all turned out rather well actually and it went pretty quick since I finally figured out some shortcuts and so forth. That and I've been pretty determined to move quickly and effectively the last week. Now to get people to come back to the page...that's going to be the hard part.

I started moving my files to a new server yesterday. I've had enough of servers that kick me off or crash on me *sigh*, so I'm trying a pay-per-month dealy that Luba of "Fonts of Wisdom" was kind enough to point me toward. We'll give this dealy a try. I think it might work out rather well actually.
I also signed up for and have added a new webring to my madness. Thanks to the Red King for trying to keep Kitty Pryde sites alive...he's doing his part and then some. Good work Ryan.

I updated my bio on my favorite's things page and also added a new link there to a cool site. More to come hopefully soon. The site is still down, but I'm updating blind so I don't get too far behind. Looking into other servers and I also signed up for a new counter and got tons of other cool stuff by becoming a member of Bravenet. We'll see how much of the stuff I use, but it's still nice to have it available either way.

Hey ho the website is still down after three days of me trying to get onto anything at all. On top of that my server has been in and out the last two months so it's been tricky doing anything at all. I did updates and hope that they will upload blind one way or the other just for the sake of having SOME updates done since the last time I updated. Here's hoping that it works.

Been trying to stay busy on the website, but in between personal stuff happening I haven't had much luck. This year has been an odd one for ups and downs. I did add a new link to Blue X-Rogue's, Rogue Unlimited site and hope that I'll be able to upload it by the time I'm dead. Also added a few recipients of the Pick of the Litter Award. Working on fan fiction stories as well. Posted one up on the website about Kitty and Pete. Maybe some people will read it.

Well my network has been down for almost three weeks so I could finally upload stuff today (or should be able to...here's hoping) and therefore get this baby off the ground. For any mistakes, I apologize and they will be fixed eventually as I find them. I fixed the fan fiction page today, and a link to a costumes page. By the way you'll have to use your back button still on some of the pages until I can get all of my fan fiction archives updated to encompass the new IE version of the Catbox and so forth. Sorry for the inconvience and it'll be fixed as soon as possible.

Also, if someone could recommend a GOOD and reliable hit counter server (perferably one that would allow me to set my beginning hit number), please please PLEASE e-mail me and let me know where it is so I can sign up post haste. Hopefully today I have things up and working on the IE version of the webpage. I've been working forever it seems on that stupid fan fiction, getting all of the links fixed on it, redoing some typos as I find them, etc. I also completed a new Pryde and Wisdom fan fiction that I really should post. I hope it's worth the time and the effort that I took to redo the whole page and people come to visit it. If not...oh well it was too much work to begin with just to let die.
Now I just have to update the old page to catch up with this one and then update them both again with the new stuff I've been working on. Work never stops for the busy I guess.

Took some time today to redo some of the files so that the mistakes I make as I redo them get fixed. As for the P&W webring...the graphic isn't my fault it's whoever is running the webring's website being down or reorganized. I'll try to get a new one sometime when I actually have time. At least the links are working, although I've got to add links onto the team chapters so that you don't have to hit your back button to return back on the IE version unless you want to.

Checked out some sites and managed to find a new winner for the Pick of the Litter award for July. Now if I can find one for August things will work out pretty good. Thank God I got so far ahead on awarding that sucker thing. Note to myself: I've got to redo the gallery section on the old website so that it matches the new one and also have to redo the costumes links and so forth so that it all works right.

Fixed my own flub ups for the most part and got the links page finally figured out and working right. Also redid the directory so that there is now a direct link up to the forum and I dropped the Flying Circus thing for now until I can get time to make the other characters in Excalibur's webpages. Added "My Favorites"/"My Life" basically to the directory as well since it's part of the old website too. And linked up to Kitty's website directly so that I don't have to post the files up twice.

Just a note to say that I'm going insane trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong on this turkey that it keeps telling me I have an error on one of the pages. I think I might have figured it out though. We'll see when it launches if I have one page screaming with a yellow "error" sign or not huh?

I added a new section today, joined "The Catbox" into a new webring, joined "Rated X" for women X-fans everywhere (Pete Wisdom's all mine though so hands off ;-) and...uh...stuff? Oh I added some affiliates since we're now part of Comixtreme (woohoo!) and also I updated the Catbox main page so we got a new Mutant Underground cool graphic as a link up. Added some links and so on, but I can't remember everything, so enjoy!
And just as a side note, in four days all I'm going on a much needed vacation. In the meantime my bro "Default" will be taking over in my stead and driving you all looney *grin*. I'm sure he's going to do a great job since he helped me redesign this site and still helps me out on more than one occasion.
