Alright, after MUCH deliberation among the panel of judges I assembled we came to some winners of the 2005 Catbox contest. For those who are just popping in the point of the contest was...well...to actually come up WITH some contest ideas for the Catbox for future years contests. Neat huh? Anyway, we had a lot of entries to go through, but we managed to weedle it down to two very good ideas, and so after some back and forth about it, we decided to award both of those people first prize, as their ideas were the best we thought.

One idea was from Mischance who came up with the idea for a Kitty quote quiz that people would have to send in the answers to.

And the other was put in by Some Shadowcat Fan who came up with the idea of a Kitty quiz, which we thought was overall fan-friendly.

So, Mischance walks away with his very own unopened copy of "Pryde of the X-men" (the cartoon pilot from way back) and Some Shadowcat Fan walks away with his own copy of "Heroes for Hope" a pretty obscure Kitty appearance and a very neat collection of stories (it's somewhat hard to find too). The collection was written by such greats as Steven King.

So we hope that the two winners enjoy their prizes and until next contest enjoy the website!
